Lancaster Golf Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Lancaster, South Carolina.
The Lancaster Golf Club golf course has a somewhat open front nine originally designed in 1939 by Donald Ross. The back nine is tree lined and tighter. The back nine was designed by Russell Breedin.

Played LGC for the first time today. I'm from Charlotte, so I drove about 50 minutes to get there. Very rural area outside of Lancaster, SC. I've played other Springs Golf Courses in Fort Mill, SC and this one is as good or better than those courses (Fort MIll CC and Springfield GC). Obviously, a good bit further from Charlotte, but if it was closer, it would be my "go to" course. I look forward to playing it again.
